**Tasks**:

- Support in various tasks with a focus on data collection and evaluation, their organization and structuring (databases), as well as process automation
- Identification of data sources and preparation of data with Python or R
- Analysis of large data sets using exploratory and descriptive methods
- Conception and implementation of solutions for the analysis of structured and unstructured data from a variety of sources as well as their pre-processing
- Design, development and enhancement of internal databases and data structures
- Analysis and conceptual design to optimize existing, internal processes

**Requirements**:

- Successfully completed studies in the fields of data science, mathematics, (business) computer science or a comparable qualification
- Interested in solving complex challenges from both a data and a business perspective in conjunction with a high degree of solution orientation
- Excellent skills in identifying suitable data sources and automating data acquisition processes, e.g., using scraping tasks including data cleansing and data mining techniques
- Very good knowledge of Python, Python libraries such as Pandas and Scikit-Learn, R and SQL - knowledge of R, JavaScript, CSS, html are a plus
- Interested in working on multidisciplinary projects and developing data-driven solutions
- Confident handling of the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel
