**Deine Aufgaben**
- Im Risk Management gehört der Blick in die Zukunft zum Daily Business. Selbstverständlich ohne Kristallkugel, sondern mit Daten, Modellen, Statistiken.
- Und hier kommst Du ins Spiel: Du schaust genau hin, prüfst unsere Modelle auf Herz und Nieren und validierst gemeinsam mit der globalen Validierungseinheit in Amsterdam unsere Credit-Risk-Modelle.
- Dabei liegt Dein Augenmerk auf IRBA-, IFRS9- und Antragsmodellen.
- Deine überzeugenden Berichte vermitteln Deine Ergebnisse dem Senior Management sowie den relevanten Stakeholdern, Prüfern, Auditoren und auch der EZB bzw. der Bundesbank.
- Du glänzt mit Deinen Datenskills genauso wie mit Deinen Teamskills und arbeitest eng mit Model Ownern und Modellentwickler*innen zusammen.
- Last aber auf keinen Fall least stehst Du Deinem Team bei weiteren Themen im Rahmen der Umsetzung des ING Model Risk Frameworks tatkräftig zur Seite (z. B. Model Risk Reporting, Risikolimitierung und Steuerung).

**Dein Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium auf Master
- oder PhD-Niveau in Mathematik, Statistik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Modellvalidierung / -entwicklung oder in einem ähnlichen Feld mit quantitativem Background
- Know-how in der Modellierung und/oder Validierung von (Credit) Risk Modellen
- Fit in SAS oder einer vergleichbaren Programmiersprache
- Kommunikationsstark, teamfähig, neugierig und analytische und strukturierte Denkweise
- Interesse an der Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld und offen für gelegentliche Dienstreisen nach Amsterdam
- Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
