Bringe Dein know-how im E-Health-Bereich ein und trage Deinen Teil dazu bei, das Gesundheitswesen durch unsere innovativen Produkte entscheidend zu prägen und zu verbessern. Als User Experience (UX) Researcher (m/w/d) übernimmst du die UI/UX-Konzeption und das -Design für unsere Produkte und sorgst somit für ein optimales Nutzererlebnis.

Wofür wir Deine Unterstützung brauchen:

- Erarbeiten innovativer und intuitiver UX-Konzepte basierend auf den Ergebnissen Ihrer Forschung (z.B. mit Design Thinking, ethnografische Studien, Interviews, Shadowing, A/B Tests, Usability Tests, Fokusgruppen)
- Schaffen von Verständnis für den Nutzer und seine Pain Points (alternativ: Probleme entlang der User Journey), auf deren Basis neue Funktionalitäten und Features ausgearbeitet werden können
- Sicherstellung der hohen Benutzerfreundlichkeit und -sicherheit von Anwendungen
- Stetige Überprüfung und Optimierung der Ergebnisse mit Hilfe von gängigen Methoden
- Etablierung von Research-OPs-Tools und -Prozessen
- Management der Customer Support-Prozesse
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Austausch mit unserem interdisziplinären Team
- Überzeugende und inspirierende Vermittlung der Research-Ergebnisse im Team

Was Dir bei Deiner täglichen Arbeit hilft:

- Idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Psychologie, Kognitionswissenschaften, Design, Human Computer Interaction, Soziologie oder anderen relevanten Gebieten
- Erste Berufserfahrung oder Promotion sind von Vorteil
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Gespür für Trends sowie die Fähigkeit „Out-of-the-Box“ zu denken
- Motivation und Interesse an der Planung und Umsetzung von User Research sowie Interviews und Usability Testing
- Hands-on-Mentalität und konzeptionsstarkes Denken
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1)
