**About the Position**

We’re a small but mighty team and you will be instrumental in shaping our future strategy and success. You will help us refine our thesis and source and lead the most promising opportunities. You will play an active role in growing our health brand across Europe and build lasting relationships with exceptional founders: helping them on their investment journey and providing them with strategic and operational support.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Grow our European digital health network, source high-potential opportunities
- Evaluate deals and present investment recommendations
- Lead deal process from start to completion
- Coach more junior team members
- Research and sharpen our thesis
- Build a recognized voice and grow our digital health brand across Europe
- Be the go to person for portfolio companies
- Create content and represent Speedinvest at conferences and events
- Lead special projects on an as-needed basis

**Your Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor or Master’s degree, focus on life sciences or medicine preferred. MBA or similar a plus
- Minimum of 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Preferably a combination of 3+ years in VC as well as operational experience in health-related field or startups
- Demonstrated ability to originate, evaluate and win deals
- Great communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Desire to work in a dynamic, goal oriented organization
- Ability to learn fast, handle multiple projects in parallel and meet tight deadlines
- Natural team player, deeply curious
