As a Mobile Repair Technician technician you will:
- You will travel to various customers in your region to repair mobile phones and tablets. (A fully equipped workshop van will be provided).- Interact with customers.- You will carry out troubleshooting.- Perform quality checks using Samsung's enhanced software.- Respect the value of information by following Likewize's privacy/information security policies and procedures.

What do you need to become a local technician?- You must live in the area we are hiring for, as this will be your region.- You should have a valid driving licence and be over the age of 21 for insurance purposes.- Excellent communication skills.- A passion for technology and customer service- Mobile phone repair: 1 year (required)- Full, clean driving licence (required)

Als Techniker für mobile Reparaturen werden Sie:
- Sie werden zu verschiedenen Kunden in Ihrer Region reisen, um Mobiltelefone und Tablets zu reparieren. (Ein voll ausgestatteter Werkstattwagen wird zur Verfügung gestellt).- Sie treten mit Kunden in Kontakt.- Sie führen Fehlerbehebungen durch.- Sie führen Qualitätskontrollen mit der verbesserten Software von Samsung durch.- Sie respektieren den Wert von Informationen, indem Sie die Datenschutz-/Informationssicherheitsrichtlinien und -verfahren von Likewize befolgen.
