- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop strategic hiring plans that align with business objectives.
- **International Collaboration**: Collaborate with hiring managers and other recruiters across various European MathWorks locations, offering you invaluable international exposure and professional growth opportunities.
- Prior experience recruiting in agency or in-house/corporate environments is required.
- Proficiency in English and German, both spoken and written.
- Strong sourcing skills, with an ability to effectively network within a professional community.
- Experience sourcing and hiring both engineering and sales professionals is preferred.
- Demonstrable experience working on both German and International positions.
- A passion for driving business growth through talent acquisition.
- Comfortable sharing and conveying feedback to interview team members and hiring managers.
- Ability to proactively analyse recruiting metrics to diagnose and remedy pipeline issues.
- Ability to build relationships and partner with key stakeholders.
- A great sense of humour is appreciated
