**About the position**:
We are currently looking for a **Real-Time 3D Artist** to help us bring our ambitious yet carefully calculated vision for our unique player-driven simulation experience to life
This is a super exciting chance to help with creation of some of our first high quality assets and to establish and build out our art pipeline with unique characters and more.

You would sit in our Art team, reporting into the Lead 3D Artist and helping to set the bar for all future real-time art at Klang. The team are a super friendly bunch who are currently focused on ideation who welcome new perspectives on how to bring this truly amazing project to life.

We are open to you working from home or our awesome office in Kreuzberg. Or a combination of both This is a permanent, full-time opportunity.

**What you will do**:

- As an artist you will collaborate closely with the Art Director, Concept Artists, Engineers and other stakeholders to bring SEED’s Art Direction from vision to reality
- Break the direction down into actionable guidelines using your real-time content production knowledge
- As an expert in in-engine content, you will help the team bring content into the game and maintain their vision in the process through well-defined and efficient pipelines, made in tandem with tech artists
- Build well-designed assets within the game art style from proxy to final shippable quality
- Integrate assets for use in-engine
- Help nurturing new joiners in the Art team

**Who we think will be a great fit**:

- 3+ years experience as an Artist in video games, having shipped 1 title
- Experience with the Unity Engine
- Skills in low-poly asset modeling and modular content creation
- Exposure to in-game implementation
- Experience in common 3d packages (Maya, Blender)
