**Who We Are Looking For**

**Your Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Development**: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop a long-term B2B marketing strategy.
- **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with agents.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead the B2B team, coordinating tasks, goals, and responsibilities.
- **Agent Program**: Elevate the agent program, taking full responsibility for goals, ROI, concept, and implementation.
- **Partnerships**: Enhance partnerships with universities and other partners, taking full responsibility for goals, ROI, concept, and implementation.
- **Projects**: Participate in cross-functional projects on strategic marketing topics.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, sales or key account management.
- Proficiency with online marketing tools (e.g., Analytics, Adwords, Meta Business Manager, WordPress, Hubspot).
- Interest in the technical and analytical aspects of marketing.
- Experience working in agile teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (and German).
- Passion for international exchange and diversity.
