Senior HR Business Partner

**Senior HR Business Partner (M/F/x)**:
This position will be responsible for all HR activities at our production & development site in Pfaffenhofen a.d. Ilm, north of Munich. Together with a team you deliver consistent, state of the art HR work for our growing and expanding site. Acting as the HR lead for the site you are part of the European HR Team and work closely with the EU Headquarters in Munich.

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Develop a strong partnership with the senior leaders at the site to provide HR expertise and guidance.
- Lead a team of 3 HRBPs.
- Act as Business Partner for a defined client group and support growth of the site.
- Counsel and advice leaders on employee related and labor law related topics.
- As part of the local Leadership Team represent HR and support business requirements with respective actions.
- Ensure productive and trustful relationship with Works Council and lead Works Council negotiations.
- Manage the recruitment plan for the site and develop recruitment strategy with related recruitment activities.
- Ensure proper organisation and execution of all operational HR activities and processes with the team (e.g. merit & bonus process; annual feedback; Talent Management process).
- Drive HR projects for the expanding site and take part in EU projects.
- Ensure close collaboration with HR colleagues in the Centers of Excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree (Master) in Business Administration, Law or in Human Resources Management.
- At least 8-10 years of experience as Sr HR Business Partner / HR Director in an international environment.
- Previous experience working at a production side is necessary.
- We are seeking for an experienced Business Partner who successfully collaborates, coaches, is able to influence and acts proactively.
- You have very good working knowledge in German labor law and law on collective agreements. You are also used to work with a work council.
- As a credible person you will be perceived as trusted advisor for the business and respected leader for your team. You are able to build credibility among clients and peers at all layers.
- With your previous experience at a production site, you are able to show your strong communicate skills at all layers, manage operational day-to-day tasks and can also support change management initiatives.
- You are experienced in building successful cross-functional collaboration, influence and work in a matrix environment.
- You are able to handle different projects and priorities at the same time and in a changing environment.
- You are fluent in German and English language.
