In this role, you'll focus on nurturing online communities across various social media platforms, collaborating closely with the customer service team to align communications. **Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do**: - Engaging proactively with followers and community members, responding to comments and messages. - Monitoring community sentiment and identifying engagement opportunities. - Curating user-generated content to strengthen brand affinity. - Developing strategies to grow the social media community and empower brand advocates. - Analyzing community metrics and providing insights to stakeholders. - Managing crises and conflicts within the community effectively. - Collaborating cross-functionally to align community engagement efforts with business goals. **Here are some of the things you'll bring**: - Previous experience in community management or social media engagement. - Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends. - Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse online communities. - Creative mindset and passion for community building. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
