**What you'll do**

As a working student (f/m/d), you'll be an integral part of supporting our value streams, Customer Support & Infrastructure & Cloud Operations, as well as their related strategic programs. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in IT Portfolio Management to align business requests with IT deliverables and create transparency through insightful and easy-to-consume reporting.
- Leverage JIRA & JQL to build dashboards that provide business, executive leadership, IT product management and delivery units with transparency on their demand and delivery status.
- Crafting executive-level PowerPoint presentations, distilling complex content from JIRA (and various project management tools - Wrike, ServiceNOW...) into visually appealing, consumable slides that communicate strategic insights at a glance.
- Engaging proactively with stakeholders, product managers and developers, to gather, verify, and present content.
- Ensure deliverables, communication assets and reporting are on track and up to date.

Gain hands-on experience in strategic program management and corporate IT Portfolio management in customer support and cloud operations, participate in PI plannings, and learn how SAP steers and develops its solutions

**What you bring**
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences in Germany, preferably in Business Informatics, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
- Business fluency in both English and German.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office 365 (especially SharePoint & PowerPoint), with a knack for making slides both understandable and visually aesthetic (while complying with branding specifications)
- Computer skills: Basic knowledge of SQL and familiarity with JIRA or the ability to rapidly learn / navigate these and similar tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with an affinity for problem-solving and creativity, essential for navigating the dynamic environment of strategic programs.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a diverse and collaborative team

The Value Stream & IT Portfolio Management Team is comprised of professionals with backgrounds in IT and project management. We orchestrate the value streams of support and cloud operations, ensuring alignment with SAP's strategy and business objectives according to the SAFe framework & targeted business agility.

Our team is pre-dominantly based in Walldorf, Germany.- This is a SAP global, strategic, paid working student position that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers._
