Hi, I'm Remy, a recruiter working as a freelance for 88DATA.JOBS.

Today, I'm looking for a Service Administrator to work in an international medical devices company.
**Your missions**
- Processing of service orders creating spare corridor orders, following up on the status of orders, following up on payments, logistics and transportation, and other order operation throughout the process.
- Service contract follow
- up produce service contracts and regularly follow up the invoicing of service contracts.
- Procurement of spare corridor according to the order situation or the demand of the reserve, land spare corridor from the headquarters and follow up the whole process of procurement similar as product progress and transportation concurrence of spare corridor.
- Material operation of service help the service platoon to manage the accoutrements of service machines, spare corridor, and institutions, and follow up the return of spare corridor and mailings, as well as regular force and point operation.
- Help in process optimization of the service cooperate with the service platoon to optimize the original service process, as well as interview, testing, training, and creation of the IT platform of the service.
- Executive support responsible for organizing conservation service contracts, order documents, outfit bond cards and installation reports, as well as the operation of service office space and on
- point support for service training.
