**What will you do**:

- Manage User Acquisition activities of Popcore gaming portfolio
- Lead a team of 2-3 User Acquisition Specialists
- Experiment and find new points of growth with existing and new channels
- Understand thoroughly how our partner's algorithms and systems work, use this knowledge to improve our own campaigns
- Build long-lasting relationships with external channels (Facebook, Google and etc.)
- Provide input to the creative team on how to approach new advertisements

**What we are looking for**:

- Strong professional experience in similar roles in product, finance or marketing
- Hands-on experience creating and optimizing mobile UA campaigns
- Previous management experience
- Experience handling large marketing budgets
- Have advanced Excel knowledge
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and Verbal
- Strong professional experience working with Facebook would be beneficial
