**Aufgabengebiet**
- You will work on the LetsROC project in the Remote Operation Center research project for (semi-)autonomous shipping.
- You will plan and conduct workshops as part of the project and document the results.
- This also includes coordinating development work in ship simulators in consultation with project and industry partners.
- You will ensure that project milestones are achieved.
- You will publish the research results in scientific journals and present them at conferences.

**Voraussetzungen**
- You have a university degree (master's/university diploma) in nautical science and maritime transport or a related field.
- You have an analytical view of complex interrelationships and the ability to think in an interdisciplinary manner.
- You already have experience in managing complex projects with time-sensitive objectives.
- You are committed, structured, and independent in your research and enjoy being part of a team.
- You enjoy the challenge of shaping new fields and have strong skills in communicating respectfully with various stakeholders.
- Good written and spoken German skills would be a great advantage

Desirable are
- Experience with simulation, ideally in the maritime sector, in particular human-machine interface (HMI)
- Experience with maritime protocols (NMEA0183)
