**About Us**:
**The Role**:
In your role as **Quality Information Specialist**, you will join the Global Quality & Sustainability team and international business environment contributing to the growth of our business by strengthening our strong quality focus and sustainable ambition. This is challenging role, with high-level of independence but still in close cooperation with own and other teams. You will report to Product Service Manager located in Rajamäki, Finland.
**Main tasks and responsibilities**:
- Manage and coordinate the product related information for the business processes
- Have as a main task the management of Customer Questions
- Respond to various product related requests from our customers in Sales, the Customer Service, Marketing, or others. Here you collect, share, and maintain the product related information and statements
- You are involved and have specific tasks in the change management processes for the product information, which include Product Specification and Product related change management processes
**About You**:
- A Master’s/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Biotechnology / Food technology)
- Industry background is preferred
- A hands-on approach combined with a drive for results - you can work independently to achieve targets and you are also a true team player, with supporting and serving attitude
- You appear solution and action oriented with a customer focused mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and capabilities
- Experience in IT-solutions for document and communication management systems
- Fluent written and verbal communications skills in English are must. Native German skills are ideal, fluent German skills a must
