**How you will CELLebrate**
- Setup and further develop PowerCo ESS industrialization roadmap
- Planning, implementation and operation of PowerCo ESS industrialization strategy
- Managing a global production network with internal and external partners
- Set up a logistics network for inbound and outbound deliveries in alignment with headquarter functions
- Implement control processes according to legal requirements for transportation of dangerous goods
- Implement a supplier management system set up a reliable supply chain for PowerCo ESS products
**What you need for our CELLebration**
- Completed studies in industrial engineering or comparable qualification
- Extensive experience in setting up and operating production/assembly systems
- Strong background and experience in quality management systems
- Experience in production of battery systems
- Experience in setting up and operating a supply chain management system
- Certifications in quality management systems and dangerous goods management
- Several years of management experience as well as building up new teams/organizations
- Fluent in German and Englisch
- Willingness to travel
