Your tasks
- You will be responsible for the SAP Business Bydesign administration of our legal entities (especially accounting, chart of accounts and reporting structure management, workflow configuration, profit center and cost center/unit accounting, implementation and migration of new legal entities).
- You will be in charge of all accounting related activities as well as the establishment and maintenance of a compliant document management system.
- Monthly and annual financial statements (on legal entity level and on group level) will be created by you and you will be in charge of coordinating our national and international accounting partners.
- You will be responsible of managing and optimizing the inveox cashflow.
- You will be the first line of defence of the inveox budget and therefore a major player in establishing a functional and value stream driven controlling.
- You will be advising on potential additions to our finance-related software portfolio and steering the implementation of such in order to digitize and optimize our day-to-day workflows.

**Requirements**:

- You have a degree in accounting, completed commercial training e.g. as Financial Accountant (M/F/d), further training as Accountant (M/F/d) or a successfully completed study in Finance, Business Administration or comparable.
- You have gained several years of relevant professional experience in the field of financial accounting.
- You are an expert of HGB and eager to add international accounting principles (e.g. US GAAP, Polish GAAP, IFRS) to your portfolio.
- You have a proven track record in building, training and supervising a team of accountants and financial experts.
- Working with ERP software (in best case SAP ByDesing or SAP S/4HANA) and MS Office (especially Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Power Pivot) is part of your daily job.
- You do not shy away from heterogenous day-to-day challenges and embrace being a leader and owner of topics.
- You see the benefit of working in an agile framework (Scaled Agile Framework - SAFE) and like to contribute your own ideas for daily improvements.
- You are fluent in German and English.
