**virtuelles Team Lead Dynamics 365 CE / CRM Consultant (w/m/d)**
**Ihre Aufgaben**
Sie begeistern und unterstützen unsere Kunden bei dem Einführungsprozess von Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) in abwechslungsreichen und spannenden Projekten.

Zum Aufgabengebiet gehört auch:

- Sie analysieren die Anforderungen des Kunden und designen für ihn ein optimales Lösungskonzept und setzen dies - ggf. in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Entwicklungsteam - um
- Sie schulen die Key-User des Kunden in dessen Prozessen im System
- Außerdem gestalten und vernetzen Sie als virtuelles Team Lead alle Themen rund um die Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement Platform in der gesamten Unternehmensgruppe
- Sie unterstützen im Presales und bei der Angebotserstellung
- Durchführung von Workshops und Präsentationen bei unseren Kunden

Ihr Profil*
Ihre akademische bzw. berufliche Ausbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft bzw. Wirtschaftsinformatik wird ergänzt durch:

- Idealerweise bringen Sie mehrjährige Erfahrung in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) mit und sind sicher im Umgang damit
- Ihre Stärke liegt in der Erfassung von Zusammenhängen und Prozessen sowie deren Abbildung im Bereich CRM
- Kundenorientierung, Eigenverantwortung und Teamgeist zeichnen Sie aus
- Sie weisen ausgeprägte analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten auf
- Erste Erfahrungen im Antreiben und in der fachlichen Führung von Kollegen konnten Sie bereits sammeln
- Sie verfügen über eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ihre Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sind sehr gut
