We are currently seeking a full-time Brand Strategist (M/F/d) to join our Brand & Experience Unit in Berlin.

**Job Requirements**
- Strategic thinking: Ability to analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to formulate effective brand strategies and guide strategic decision-making
- Collaborative spirit: Experience working cross-functionally with design, digital marketing, and other teams to ensure cohesive brand execution across all touchpoints
- Trend awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts to incorporate relevant elements into brand strategies
- Basic project management: Efficient management of multiple projects to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt strategies to evolving business goals and market conditions

**Your Profile**
- Proven experience: Proven experience as a (brand) strategist in the field of brand development or similar directions
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate and present brand strategies to internal teams and clients (e.g. Creative Brief, Strategy Paper, Brand Positioning etc.)
- Creative mindset: Proficiency in generating innovative ideas and translating them into compelling brand narratives and creative platforms
- Bachelor's degree: A relevant degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Language proficiency: You speak German at a native level. Communicating in English within an international team during daily office activities is comfortable for you.
