Are you an experienced sales professional with UC competence and are looking for a new challenge?
Join our team and leverage your expertise to make a significant impact within the dynamic UC/IT industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage key customer accounts and grow the client base within the UC, IT, and AV sector.
- Generate leads and develop lasting, trusted relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with designers, sales teams, and influencers within UC, IT, and AV integrators to enhance customer experience.
- Arrange and attend meetings with customers to update them on new products and technologies, ensuring Shure remains their manufacturer of choice.
- Drive customer engagement through training, demo and workshops of Shure products.
- Support customers and manage inquiries; execute customer events.
- Participate in tactical and strategic planning to meet targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM reporting and forecasting.
- Provide regular market updates and sales potential insights, and stay informed about competitor successes and new trends.
- Collaborate with internal departments to discuss e.g., regional, and global activities, trends or issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Professional experience in the AV, UC, and/or IT markets working for a manufacturer, integrator, or distributor. Existing relationships or networks within the UC / AV industry.
- Knowledge and understanding of the UC market and the operations of resellers and integrators. Technical understanding of various UC solutions.
- Confident, passionate professional who excels in building efficient and trusted relationships.
- Team player skilled in collaborating with internal and external departments for optimal outcomes.
- Skilled presenter capable of developing and managing key relationships at all levels.
- Ability to influence decision-makers (management, purchasing managers, or IT managers).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
