1-5 years of experience in working as a specialist in Family Medicine.

**Competences and skills that are particularly important for the position**

It is important that you have good language skills, you have also a professional approach and a good treatment. We attach great importance to personal characteristics that includes that it is easy to cooperate with you, you are taking responsibility and you can work structurally and quality minded. Your patients have to feel cared themselves when they meet you. You are socially competent and have interest for and ability to work both independently and in team.

**Preparedness and on-call duties**

Work at our on-call centres and preparedness may be included in the service.

**Salary**

Your salary will be allocated by your competences independently of your nationality.

Specialist salaries in Sweden vary between 75 000 and 90 000 SEK/month.

The minimum salary during the first 6 months of your employment is gross 60.600 SEK/month, while you are waiting for your licence to practice. Between the 7th and 12th month it will be 75.000 SEK/month. Then it is agreed individually according to your experience and it continues to raise to 75-90 000 SEK or even more.

- 6-7 months long, free Swedish course, financial support during the course (the amount is topic of negotiation)
- Possibility for free language education for family members on basic level - depends on individual agreement
- 40 hours long free Swedish legal and social training
- Integration assistance (assistance in registering at tax authority, opening bank account, etc.)
- Assistance in the organization of moving, in apartment-seeking and searching for nursery school / school for children etc.
- Professional English CV in which the family medicine experience is detailed

- scanned version of license to practice in home country with English translation (no official needed)
- scanned version of medical and specialist certificates with English translation (no official needed)
- certificate of language knowledge (English and/or Scandinavian languages)
- two English-speaking reference persons who are reachable on phone
