Then join TeamViewer’s student community with over 130 ambitious students to learn, make an impact, and skyrocket your career - Create tickets based on customers needs and assign these tickets to the designated Retention Managers global wide - Ensure that our customer accounts are updated with the correct information (Data integrity) - Analyze and document different sources/platforms that customers contact us on (via web shop/Inside Sales, etc.) - Create and manage offers - Make telephonic conversations with our customers and assist them with their current requests - Help develop client relationships and retain existing customers - Collaborate and keep a close exchange with the Retention Managers **Qualifications**: - The internship has to be a mandatory part of your studies and last at least 4 months, ideally 6 months - Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are a plus - Service orientation, commitment and team spirit - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Follow up on termination tickets and support the team with your team player mentality - Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment - You are open-minded, highly motivated, passionate and fast - and hard-working Additional Information - Contract location would be **Göppingen, Germany**: - ** Make an impact** Take on the responsibility and work on your own projects.
