**» Your responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability strategies and programs
- Support in developing and implementing processes for compliance with the LkSG (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtgesetz)
- Monitor and analyze ESG-related performance indicators
- Maintain and enhance data management systems for sustainability data
- Perform detailed analyses and generate reports to assess sustainability performance
- Assist in the preparation of reports in the area of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), following international standards and guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for data collection and verification
- Conduct risk assessments and evaluations regarding human rights and environmental standards in the supply chain

**» Your key skills**:

- Completed university studies, ideally in the field of freight forwarding and logistics or sustainability management
- Ideally, experience in sustainability reporting, at best according to CSRD or GRI
- Communicative personality, high degree of initiative and independence
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic about sustainability topics
- Basic knowledge of integrated management systems
- Very good written and spoken English
