**Contract, Costing & Bid Management>Bid Management Onshore>Bid Management Support** Construction Onshore is responsible for installing, commissioning, and finally hand-over wind farms to our customers. Working closely with the clients and other stakeholders is a key parameter to ensure this happens safely, cost-efficiently, and with a high-quality standard. The Operation Concept & Site Engineering team within the Bid Management department is responsible for the road and hardstand design standards, maintaining the specification and ensuring risk-mitigated installation concepts for the region of Northern & Central Europe (including East Europe). The team of Site and Civil Engineers supports the Sales - and Bid Management team and is working in close contact with our clients. **Responsibilities** As Road & Site Expert (M/F/d), you will support our Sales team and our clients to develop the most optimal site layouts in relation to safety, environmental requirements, risk mitigation, and economics. Your tasks will include: - Execution of Site Assessments/ Site checks (remote and on-site) based on defined standards for site conditions - Supporting the client and the bid manager in the design of the wind farm infrastructure - Development of erection concepts based on defined standards and individual site layout - Technical evaluation and definition of potential financial impact which might occur during the project execution in regard to the site conditions and the individual site layout - Support development projects like new turbine types, crane technologies, etc. **Qualifications** - Degree in an Engineering discipline or graduated in a technical apprenticeship with proven engineering skills - Extensive experience with organising complex construction sites in the onshore wind energy industry - Qualified expertise in the handling of heavy components with actual transport and especially crane technology - Qualified skills in using MS Office + AutoCAD - Qualified verbal and written communication skills in English and German - Driver license class B **Competencies** - Customer focused and solution-oriented - Good at communication and solution-oriented - Able to work very self-independent, being able to structure and plan assigned tasks - Open mindset and ability to adjust to a fast-developing environment - Willingness to travel (mainly Germany and potentially in additional countries within the region NCE) **What we offer** We offer an exciting job with great opportunities for professional and personal development in an expiring project-oriented environment.
