**Areas of Responsibility**:

- will be part of the Business Development and M&A team Germany ensuring highest levels of satisfaction in compliance with the best practices adopted by the company in terms of development of wind and solar projects
- will be involved in the relevant land scouting activities, such as evaluation of spatial plans, landscape analysis (GIS), identification of possible exclusion criteria, relations with relevant stakeholders
- will manage with the support of the colleagues the “database” of projects under development, registering all relevant change and monitoring the main information (e.g., amendments of planning law)
- will participate in the M&A process with involvement in the due diligence and negotiation, supporting the legal team in signing SPA, cooperation and service agreement
- will, if necessary, prepare internal presentations and reports to monitor the status of the projects

**Studies**:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in landscape planning, landscape ecology, regional planning, environmental engineering, geography, renewable energies or similar.

**Work Experience**:
Job starter / young professional.

Required skills:

- high motivation to work in an international team and being involved in a dynamic and growing environment
- interest in planning and legal issues as well as in current political developments in the field of renewable energies is an advantage
- (basic) technical knowledge (wind, feasibility analysis, layout) is a plus

**Languages**:

- German (native speaker / business fluent)
- English (native speaker/ business fluent)

**IT Skills**:
(Basic) knowledge in GIS (QGIS and/or ArcGIS) is a plus.
