People Generalist

**Your mission**:
This position is a Maternity Leave Replacement with a possible permanent employment opportunity.

**Your responsibilities**:

- You serve as a trusted advisor to our employees and leadership.
- You keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up to date and improve our recruitment processes.
- You implement people projects and guidelines while we scale and facilitate change management, balancing consistency with global/regional people priorities and local nuances.
- You keep track of our weekly recruiting KPIs.
- You conduct market research on salary and compensation to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- You contribute to onboarding new employees and act as a point of contact for them, from the first screening call to their first week as employees and onwards.
- Adapt and assess our current ways of working and mature them to the needs of the organization, drive automation of processes, and leverage technology and data.
- Empower our workforce, and guide them to take on responsibility and ownership.

**Your profile**:

- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a comparable field
- You have at least 2 years of experience working in fast-paced companies, such as a startup or scale-up environment, preferably with tech products
- You have at least 2 years of experience in people operations, recruitment and business partnering.
- You have good understanding of German social and labor law.
- You have worked before in a hyper-growth environment and can facilitate change.
- You have strong communication skills and are not afraid to approach people, always bringing energy and enthusiasm to everything you do.
- You're organized and structured through and through
- You have English C2 language skills. German language skills are a plus
- You can express yourself clearly and with different stakeholders on various levels
- You work conscientiously and are results-oriented
- You like technology and innovation and want to be at the forefront of a dynamic and fast-growing tech startup
