Sportradar’s Gaming Solutions unit is responsible for developing and providing clients with Virtual Sports products, which offer visualization and betting on simulated sports to drive additional engagement and revenue opportunities for sportsbooks. The team have built and continue to redevelop the products using world-class motion capture technology and the company’s real sports data to produce the most realistic Gaming Solutions in the market. Virtual Sports ensures clients have a 24/7 offering with a betting experience just like real sports, even when real events aren’t on. The Gaming Solutions portfolio includes a range of Virtual Football tournaments, Virtual Basketball, Virtual Horses, Virtual Dogs, Virtual Tennis In-Play, Virtual Baseball In-Play, and Virtual Cricket In-Play.

We are looking for a Scrum Master with an excellent knowledge of agile and hybrid work environments. The Scrum Master facilitates one or more teams in their agile work. He is the enabler for the team and coordinates and removes obstacles between the development teams. The Scrum Master drives the agility of his team to the next level. He makes sure that the team is adhering to their contract and commitments.

THE CHALLENGE:
- Influence the ways of working.- Facilitate agile ceremonies and be the mentor for your development team- Working directly with the Product Owner and Product Squad.- Identifying team improvement opportunities and look externally for best practices in order to increase team effectiveness and overall product quality.- Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example.- Building trusted and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.- Creating a continuous learning and development environment.- Supporting teams in focusing on measurable business outcomes.- Helping teams to capture agile KPIs to drive the agile mindset.- Coaching, mentoring and facilitating autonomous, cross-functional teams.- Educating the teams and organization on agile values and their meaning to everyday work.- Supporting the team to reach high level of self-organization and cross-functionality.- Supporting continuous integration and continuous delivery.

YOUR PROFILE:

Agile principles and values are deeply embedded into your core, enabling you to stay focused in a work environment that’s always evolving.- An agile mindset and a mentality to facilitate agile teams- Previous experience leading delivery teams - maybe even in the Gaming/Betting industry.- A strong interest in both people and technology.- Experience in agile methodologies, Scrum, Scrumban, and/or Kanban- Bachelor’s degree within computer science or leadership is a benefit.- Excellent written and oral communication skills (English).- Agile certifications CSM® or PMI-ACP® are a plus.- Tools: JIRA/ Confluence/Miro.- Experience with Flight Level® coordination is a plus.
