**The Team**:
Our Human Resources Management team manages the full employee lifecycle for employees in the EMEA region. Together with the People & Culture Center of Excellences, we develop people processes to guarantee the best employee experience and support every Celonaut throughout their journey. The Munich team consists of 10 people overseeing departments in all Central and North European Celonis locations.

**The Role**:
You will be able to gain experience in the whole employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. You are the first point of contact for our new hires if they need any support with our automated onboarding process. Once onboard, you will be responsible for our Celonauts in case of any questions related to their employment. You will work closely with a team of experienced HR Business Partners and HR Generalists. Also, you will have the chance to work with colleagues from other People & Culture teams on cross-departmental initiatives to get the full picture of HR work in a dynamic environment.

**The work you’ll do**:

- Own the onboarding process - act as the first point of contact to ensure a good employee experience and oversee the process for Celonauts in Central and North of Europe.
- Work with all onboarding stakeholders (new Celonauts, internal IT, HR Operations, Payroll and Global Onboarding team) to ensure a smooth local onboarding experience
- Support on visa and relocation processes for future Celonauts
- Welcome our New Joiners in our virtual onboarding session and be their first point of contact to help them settle in
- Consult interns and working students throughout their employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Work closely together with the HR team on upcoming projects and HR programs to ensure great employee satisfaction/support
- Get to know the relevant HR processes of a fast-growing high tech company

**The qualifications you need**:

- Student of business administration/economics or of a comparable program, ideally with a focus on Human Resources (at least in your third semester)
- Be engaged, reliable and have a great perception of details and work extremely service-oriented
- Strong communicational skills and enjoy interacting with employees
- Ideally knowledge in Human Resources, labour law or related fields
- Good knowledge of spoken and written **German** **and English**:

- At least 5-6 months of availability
