We are currently seeking a dynamic Corporate Director Marketing to spearhead our marketing department within the Laboratory and Analytical Technology division. As the Corporate Director Marketing, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the strategic direction of our marketing initiatives and take full ownership of their execution. Your leadership will drive growth and innovation, contributing directly to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Go-to-Market (GtM) Strategy:

- Own and execute the GtM strategy in close collaboration with Sales, Sales Operations, and Sales Enablement to successfully bring IKA’s solutions to the global market.
- Solution Portfolio Management:

- Optimize the product and service portfolio, aligning with market demands, trends, and growth objectives.
- Product Marketing:

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies focusing on precise positioning and messaging.
- Develop sales enablement content in close collaboration with the sales team to support global sales efforts.
- Branding:

- Maintain and strengthen a strong and differentiated brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels, including digital.
- Marketing Communications:

- Oversee all communication efforts, both internal and external, to convey a cohesive and compelling message.
- Event Marketing:

- Oversee the planning and execution of events, trade shows and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
- Global Budget and Team Responsibility:

- Manage the global marketing budget and lead global teams for effective resource allocation.

Key Requirements:

- Industry background: OEM out of the Life Sciences Industry (including Analytical, Medical, Diagnostics, Biotech, Genomics and Genetics, Environmental)
- Company-type: High-growth company or division
- Seniority: 8y+ of Senior Leadership Experience in Marketing
- Location: Onsite in Staufen is a requirement
- Characteristics: Growth mindset, ambitious, execution and quality oriented, collaborative, capability to drive change management
- Language Skills: Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
