**THE ROLE**:
We are looking for an Interaction Designer (f/m/x) with experience in Data Visualization who will join us on the quest to build a new future for organizational data—empowering our users to explore and interact with data and knowledge on the different level of the organizational anatomy. At Field33, you will be part of an interdisciplinary and diverse team that brings together expertise across domains such as engineering, data science, machine learning, business strategy, experience design, and many others to provide a new approach at the intersection of domain expertise and Software 2.0.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND MISSION**:

- Collaborate with engineers and designers to rethink and reshape how organizations interact with knowledge and data.
- Evolve the visual DNA of our product and grow our design system.
- Translate an information architecture and user flows into engaging interactive user interfaces.
- Take ownership of concepts and features and bring them from idea to shippable product.
- Create design and interaction guidelines and specifications, along with templates and resources.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to support a high-quality implementation.
- Convert early prototypes to distinguished visual language that supports desirable products.
- Drive design and discovery of our systemic inventory (I.e. UI components, interaction patterns, data visualizations)
- Work closely with product managers and designers from other product teams to better understand their needs and use-case contexts, validate your designs, identify improvements areas and adoption gaps

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**:

- **3-5 years of proven** **track record **of shipping beautiful and thoughtful digital experiences in a fast-paced, agile tech environment in a start-up or other growth case.
- The ability to think “product” in a new category.
- Solid expertise in information visualization, including knowledge of industry best practices.
- You are a designer with a relentless passion for detail and aesthetics that is able to answer the immediate needs of a start-up but also push for a vision.
- Knowledge of design and visualization tools incl. frameworks for prototyping and parameter driven design and interaction
- Ideally, you have knowledge and experience in Data Visualization
- You know how to work in a distributed, remote and collaborative team.
- Have a good level of spoken and written English. German is a plus.
