Der Hörbuch Hamburg Verlag ist ein renommierter Hörbuch-verlag, bei dem ein frischer digitaler Wind weht. In unseren Imprints Hörbuch Hamburg, Osterwoldaudio und Silberfisch erscheinen jährlich über 400 Hörbücher und Hörspiele, die begeistern, unterhalten, fesseln und überraschen. Wir gehören mit unserem vielfältigen Programm zu den größten Hörbuch-verlagen in Deutschland und sind Teil der schwedischen Bonnier-Gruppe.

**Das erwartet Sie**
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung und Initiierung von Kultur
- und Personalthemen
- Entwicklung, Steuerung und Kommunikation neuer Initiativen und Projekte für die Bereiche Recruiting, Mitarbeitendenbindung, Employee Experience, Compensation & Benefits
- Beratung und Begleitung der Führungskräfte und Teammitglieder bei Anliegen im Bereich People & Culture sowie ihrer persönlichen Weiterentwicklung
- Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung und Führungskreis an strategischen Projekten
- Projektleitung für unseren anstehenden Umzug
- Konzeption und Facilitation von Inhouse Workshops

**Das bringen Sie mit**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement, Marketing, Wirtschafts-, oder Kommunikationswissenschaften bzw. vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung, vorzugsweise in Unternehmen
der Medien
- und Verlagsbranche
- Vorzugsweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Coach
- Idealerweise fachlichen Hintergrund zu den Themen New Work, Organisationsentwicklung und Veränderungsmanagement
- Empathischer Führungsstil und strategischer Weitblick
- Freude an Büchern und Hörbüchern
- Lust darauf, die positive Verlagskultur bei Hörbuch Hamburg
weiter zu stärken
