**Job Title**: Talent Acquisition Partner - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

**Location**: Am Thyssenhaus 1-3, Essen

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

**Job Purpose**

The role of Talent Acquisition Partner is really important to us. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for vacancies in a range of departments including Sales, Account Management and Customer Support.

We would love to welcome you to our Essen office, our working hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.

**Your responsibilities day to day will be**
- Work closely with hiring managers and departmental directors to understand their recruitment requirements and influence them on recruitment decisions.

**What do we expect of you?**
- Willingness to work on-site across the working week.
- Previous experience within agency recruitment (volume hiring experience would be an advantage)
- Pro-active approach to recruiting via direct methods.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organised with ability to prioritise workload effectively with flexibility to adjust to changing needs.
- Willingness to work collaboratively with your peers to deliver on group targets.
