Something’s cooking at Bella&Bona — and **we’re looking for a conversion-driven brand designer**to bring bold ideas and smart design to the table.

Our new brand identity is ready — now it’s time to roll it out across every digital touchpoint: website, social, pitch decks, paid campaigns, and more.

This isn’t just a visual facelift. It’s about **designing for growth**, **driving conversions**, and **building consistency at scale**.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- A strategic designer who understands the **intersection of brand and performance**:

- Strong in **digital-first visual systems**, **component libraries**, and **style guide implementation**:

- Obsessed with **clarity, hierarchy, UX/UI principles**, and **visual storytelling**:

- Experience designing for **high-growth startups**, B2B/B2C funnels, or eComm platforms
- Available ~20h/week — async/remote is totally fine

Pay: 22,69€ - 27,33€ per hour
