**Summary**

We are looking for an experienced internal compliance investigator to conduct investigations in the area of, but not limited to, bribery, corruption and fraud.

In this position, you will report to the Regional Compliance Officer Investigations for EMEA/MEE and conduct internal investigations in the area of, but not limited to, bribery, corruption and fraud. You will work closely with Field Compliance Officers or other colleagues inside or outside of OEC.

**The Role**
- Independently plan and lead internal investigations, including conducting interviews, data reviews, eDiscovery
- Prepare investigation results clearly and in a timely manner in a report and define measures to improve process deficiencies
- Liaise and effectively collaborate with the OEC team and other stakeholders
- Serve as trusted advisor and functional peer to other teams within the organization

**Role Requirements**
- Overall 5+ years of experience in compliance or related field and extensive experience in compliance investigations
- Graduation from accredited law school or accounting body or equivalent work experience
- Experience in forensic reviews, esp. using eDiscovery tools and other investigative tools
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Integrity and responsibility for your work
