We are a growing team looking for a Senior Product Designer in our central Product Design department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Berlin/Amsterdam office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like crafting well-designed experiences from real user insights and supporting end-to-end user journeys. You’ll be collaborating closely with Product Managers and engineers while also overseeing the design vision from discovery to execution. In this role, you will
- Navigate through all phases of the design process: participate in research, define the problem space, design user flows and wireframes, design exceptional UI with our design system, create prototypes, create production-ready designs, participate or conduct usability testing and support the team during implementation
- Be an advocate for our users, trace their journeys to understand their pain-points, find opportunities and help the team find the right solution, and then you will iterate
- Work closely with Product Managers and engineers in your team, and collaborate with the other designers
- Have deep expertise working with design systems and contribute to building and growing our Design System
- Be responsible for the consistency of our user experience while taking it step by step to the next level

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A portfolio that demonstrates evidence of launching software at scale in a fast-paced product organization
- Deep knowledge of user-centric methodologies, interface and interaction design, a proven track record of working within and contributing to a design system
- Ability to work independently to explore concepts from beginning to end, yet also crave healthy feedback loops with your ideas
- A strategic mindset, your design decision is influenced by user, business and technical needs
- Effective communicator when articulating your vision, strategy, and decisions of your design solutions
- Team player, able to capture the critiques and transform them into opportunities to improve your designs
