**Technical Lead (m/w/d) Cloud Migration**

**YOUR IMPACT**
You will oversee and manage all aspects of data migration projects, ensuring successful data transfer with mínimal disruption to business operations for our customers. You will be involved from the presales phase until the successful completion of the migration. Therefore, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize data migration processes, providing technical expertise and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Your focus will be on OpenText solutions Core Archive, Content Suite/Extended ECM Platform, Documentum Platform, and Core Content.

**WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS**
- Support sales in bid teams with your expertise and experience in the entire sales process to position complex migration projects
- Lead end-to-end data migration projects, from planning and scoping to execution and post-migration support
- Design and implement data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance
- Develop and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to facilitate smooth data transfer
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the data migration team, ensuring best practices and standards are followed
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential migration challenges Continuously evaluate and improve data migration processes and tools, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Successfully completed studies or comparable qualification in combination with relevant, several years of relevant professional experience
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in data migration projects
- Strong understanding of data migration methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Proficiency in database management systems (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex data migration issues
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Good Knowledge of the OpenText product suite, with a focus on the OpenText Extended ECM and/or Documentum platform and their integrations of advantage
- Fluent Language skills in German and English, both written and spoken
