Im Auftrag unseres Kunden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt mehrere Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für das AufgabengebietJunior Technician (m/w/d)

AUFGABEN
- IMAC-Dienstleistungen im Personal Systems Umfeld sowie IMAC-Services
- Hardware-Installation und physischer Anschluss
- Aufrüstung und Anpassung von IT-Geräten
- Grundlegende HW-Reparaturen sowie Fehlerverfolgungen
- Auf
- und Abbau von Installationen und Umzügen
- Pflege von Checklisten und Erfassung von Asset-Daten
- Callannahme im 1. Level Support in dokumentierten, standardisierten Lösungsschritten

KENNTNISSE
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Praxiserfahrung in der IT-Branche
- Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Kunden
- Hard
- und Softwarekenntnisse ( Verkabelung)
- Umgang mit Smartphone (IPhone) für BASIC-Rückfragen
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Führerschein Klasse B
