**Deine Aufgaben**
- Organisation und Koordination der Baustellenabläufe in direkter Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden
- Fachliche Betreuung des Kunden im Bereich Feuerfestbau
- Lagerverwaltung inklusive Inventuren
- Personaleinsatzplanung und Nachunternehmermanagement
- Technische Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer spezifischen Aggregate und Maschinen und des Teams
- Verantwortung für Arbeitssicherheit, Leistungserfassung, Angebotserstellung, Kalkulation und Abrechnung
**Dein Profil**
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Feuerungs
- und Schornsteinbauer oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Weiterbildung zum Vorarbeiter oder Werkpolier wünschenswert, gerne auch ähnliche Weiterbildung
- Idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Feuerfestwerkstoffe und/oder Stahlerzeugung
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohes Sicherheitsbewusstsein und ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
- Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
- Freude daran, Mitarbeitende zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln
