Tätigkeitsbeschreibung Nach einer umfassenden Einarbeitung im Projektmanagement erwarten Dich folgende Aufgaben: Du unterstützt das Projektmanagement bei der Planung, Koordinierung und Überwachung von Kundenprojekten zur Herstellung revolutionärer Medikamente auf Nukleinsäure-Basis Du erstellst Angebote, sowie Zeitpläne und unterstützt bei der Nachverfolgung der abteilungsübergreifenden Projektumsetzung Du erarbeitest und entwickelst einheitliche Vorgaben, Leitlinien, Methoden und Werkzeuge des Projektmanagements unter Berücksichtigung der allgemeinen Business Strategie Du arbeitest eng mit den Projektmanagern zusammen und unterstützt bei der Sicherstellung der Zufriedenheit unserer internationalen Kunden aus der Biotech - und der Pharmaindustrie Du holst Informationen ein, verarbeitest diese und stimmst Dich mit den internen Stakeholdern ab Du gestaltest aktiv Dein Arbeitsumfeld mit Du hast Spaß an einem vielseitigen und abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsalltag Anforderungsprofil Du hast erfolgreich ein naturwissenschaftliches Bachelor - oder Masterstudium absolviert Auch in komplexen Situationen behältst Du den Überblick Deine selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich aus Du denkst und handelst serviceorientiert und besitzt ein allgemeines, gutes Verständnis für Prozesse Du hast Interesse daran, Dich in neue Aufgaben einzuarbeiten und Dir Wissen über Projektmanagement anzueignen Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Teamgeist und Flexibilität gehören zu Deinen Stärken Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch runden Dein Profil ab Dich erwartet Wir bieten Dir ein harmonisches, dynamisches und multikulturelles Arbeitsumfeld in einer spannenden Branche.
