**Job Title: HR Business Partner**

**Location: Frankfurt with Hybrid working**

**Level: Mid Career**

We are currently seeking an HR Business Partner to join a high-performing knowledge business based in Frankfurt.

This a great opportunity for someone to either step up into their first HR BP role or consolidate their existing experience within a world-class HR function.

You will strengthen their capacity and capability to meet their challenging business goals, which have a key priority to recruit, develop and retain exceptional people.

**Why would you want to join?**

Firstly, they are strong financially, with further growth planned. No one wants to join a new business, only for them to not be there in 12 months. They are well-positioned in their niche and business is very good.

Secondly, you will work with a great team of supportive HR colleagues, however, no one is going to micromanage you. You will take responsibility for your business areas and act as their trusted HR Partner.

Thirdly, there is plenty of opportunity to get involved in wider HR Project work. Think employer branding, change management, succession planning, reward, etc.

Finally, you will report to a very capable and progressive HR Leader, who will empower you to get on with things but will also take a keen interest in ensuring your ongoing career development.

Everything their HR team does is focused on continually improving the development and retention of a highly skilled workforce.

About you - You need to understand what it means to be a true business partner and most importantly enjoy operating in this capacity. This may be your first business partner role, but it’s important that you are keen to develop in a highly commercial HR role.

Native Level German (C1) and business English required.

This is a big challenge, and we are looking for a lot, however, in return, you will be joining an organisation that places great emphasis on its people and their ongoing development.

**Salary**: 45,000.00€ - 50,000.00€ per year
