We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Global Marketing Team in Krailling (hybrid working possible / part time (75%) options but flexible in availability)

Your Mission
- You develop and implement a global social media strategy for EOS with the goal to increase engagement, build an audience, drive web traffic, and ultimately increase website visits and form submissions.
- Collaborating with product teams, regional sales teams, and regional marketing teams to ensure a cohesive social media strategy and participate in cross-channel coordination with the global marketing team to develop content for social and online media, PR, and corporate communication.
- As a technical resource for global and regional teams, you plan and develop content for engineers in the 3D printing industry to engage them on LinkedIn, X, and YouTube as well as managing LinkedIn social media advertising through the campaign manager.
- Community engagement like responding to comments, reacting to posts and actively commenting and analyzing social media KPIs are two important tasks to improve our performance continuously.
- You also execute thought-leadership and technical campaigns targeting manufacturing and engineering leaders and decision makers as well as supporting key industry events on site.

Your Talents
- At least first experience in digital outreach and social media, B2B experience is a plus.
- Fluent written and spoken English skills, as your social media messages will be in English. German language skill is a big differentiator.
- Experience in Linkedin, incl. social selling tactics with SalesNavigator.
- Solid understanding of social media KPIs tracking, analyzing and translating into optimization actions is key.
- Experience in film production from ideation through to delivery of edited footage.
- Comfortable with managing social media management tools (Hubspot), social research tools and ad serving tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
