As Marketing Intern (M/F/d), you will work with great independence and ownership supporting our Senior Marketing Manager to drive our successful market entry. You will identify the best channels to tell the world about us to build a loyal customer base - both online and offline through content, performance, PR, and our brand. You love to roll up your sleeves and work with the team on all brand, communication, and marketing-related tasks. Your business acumen, execution skill set, and can-do attitude are mission critical.

What you will do
You test, identify and define the best tactics to build every step of the acquisition funnel to make us the winning player in the field
You plan and prioritize marketing campaigns across all relevant platforms and channels (both offline and online) to drive customer growth, referrals, and retention
You shape our messaging and prepare scaling our business in Germany and Europe while keeping an eye on our marketing budget and ROI
You collaborate closely with product and operations to ensure a smooth and comprehensive experience across all our customers’ touchpoints

What you need to succeed
You are working towards or just completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s/MBA program from a top university in marketing, media management, communication science, business or a related field with excellent results
You have a great amount of empathy and creativity, love to dig deep to truly understand people and their motivation, and you can see things through the eyes of our customers
You have excellent analytical skills
You want to make a difference, and you like to work on solutions that improve peoples’ health and quality of life and have a positive impact on society
You say what you do, and you do what you say. You are not afraid to get hands-on, initiate new ideas, build the required setup, and make decisions to drive results
You ideally have experience and a deep interest in health, fitness, longevity, coaching, community, life-long learning, mindfulness, etc.
You are fluent in German and English as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
You have gained first hand marketing-related experience in fast-paced and ambiguous environments such as a high-growth venture-backed startup, a tech company, or at a strategy consultancy
