**About The Team**:

If you share our passion for workplace and facilities management, tech, music, innovation, diversity, events and collaboration, we would love you to join our Berlin based team We are searching for a Workplace Working Student for a part-time (20 hours per week) position.

**Your Contribution**:

- Supporting our Berlin office front desk operations (welcoming guests and employees, key/card management, etc.) and back office administration (Post management, Office Supplies, etc.)
- Supporting the occasional moves/ space changes for our teams
- Regularly check overall office space functionality. Quality control of the workplace environment by proactively making several rotation rounds over the day to check workplace, reporting issues or defects to our Workplace Senior Facilities Specialist
- Support management and maintenance of our office spaces, office equipment, and technology
- Ensure all meeting, break-out rooms, and common areas are fully equipped and operational (whiteboards, office supply, markers, drinks, glasses, watches, etc.)
- Support the operations in our community kitchen and evaluate what missing items, (e.g. food, cutlery, dishes) are also needed for the kitchens on each floor and ensure they are refilled. Receiving deliveries and allocating them to their place accordingly
- Supporting internal company events
- Support to broader People & Places projects and activities
- You will have previous experience in hospitality or workplace management in a front desk or customer service-oriented position
- You feel comfortable with innovative/Agile thinking and thrive in a fast-paced high growth environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Your demonstrated track record in multitasking, prioritizing tasks and demonstrating flexibility with changing business needs
- A proactive and collaborative approach, supporting an enhanced customer and employee experience
- Ability to safely lift 25 kilograms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and internet research
