**Strategic Leadership**:
- Develop and execute the strategic vision and business plan for the Automotive division in EMEA, aligning with overall company objectives.
- Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability through effective strategies and market insights.
- Identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to guide product development and go-to-market strategies.
**Business Development and Customer Engagement**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and industry stakeholders in the region.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance HERE's position in the automotive industry.
**Team Leadership and Development**:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to achieve business objectives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Automotive division.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive team environment.
**Operational Excellence**:
- Ensure effective execution of projects, initiatives, and customer deliverables, adhering to quality standards and timelines.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to drive operational improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to drive successful product launches and enhancements.
- Provide a weekly Forecast for the Automotive business
**Stakeholder Management**:
- Engage with senior executives, both internally and externally, to communicate the strategic direction, progress, and business outcomes of the Automotive division.
- Represent HERE Technologies at industry conferences, events, and customer meetings, serving as a thought leader in the automotive space.
Who are you?:
The VP Sales Automotive should possess the following attributes and experiences:
- 15 - 20 years of automotive Sales Leadership experience - developing and executing highly effective business strategies and tactical execution plans for EMEA
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and motivational skills and a track record of hiring extraordinary talent
- Expert level use of sales KPIs to drive the business forward
- High degree of financial acumen and strong business management skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with a commitment to collaborate with people
- Ability to drive and nurture a performance driven environment where accountability and success are measured through individuals own performance
- Ability to inspire, retain and elevate the best in breed individuals and continuously improve the sales organization overall
