Tasks
- Design Creation: Develop graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing materials, including social media posts, brochures, banners, mascot designs and presentations.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are aligned with the company’s branding guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and product team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the team.

**Requirements**:

- Educational Background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
1. Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva, or similar tools).
2. Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.

2. Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
3. Team player with strong communication skills.
- Availability: Ability to work 15-20 hours per week.
