Für ein weiter stark expandierendes, internationales Dienstleistungsunternehmen suchen wir als Personalberatung in unbefristeter Festanstellung einen erfahrenen **Head of Learning & Development (m/w/d)** in Berlin. Als Führungskraft bauen Sie das Team der Personalentwickler weiter aus, konzipieren strategische Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen, Workshops und Trainingsmaßnahmen, sind Ansprechpartner für das C-Level und Mitarbeitende.

Sie sind verantwortlich für eine internationale Personalentwicklungsstrategie entsprechend dem Unternehmensleitbild und -zielen, führen das Personalentwicklungsteam, setzen neue Akzente und bringen innovative Konzepte in das Unternehmen ein.

- Entwicklung und Konzept für eine nachhaltige Personalentwicklungsstrategie und Maßnahmen, die global umgesetzt werden können
- Entwicklung und Konzept von Workshops und Trainings insbesondere im Kontext des digitalen Wandels
- Entwicklung und Konzept einer systematischen Führungskräfteentwicklung
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem HR-Team
- Sparringpartner für die Geschäftsführung
- Aufsetzen von geeigneten Controllingtools, um die Ergebnisse und Nachhaltigkeit zu sichern
- Repräsentant im In
- und Ausland für eine sehr wertschätzende Unternehmenskultur

**Damit punkten Sie**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Psychologie, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Wirtschaftspädagogik oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Organisationsentwicklung, Learning and Development
- Ausbildung als Coach und / oder Organisationsentwickler
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
- Kreatives Mindset und starke Hands-on-Mentalität
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
- Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft
