**What you'll do**

As part of our team, you will be supporting the SAP Pop-Up Campus project lead as event management and creative media design consultant. We are looking for talented people with strong business, project management and teamwork skills. Your activities include (but are not limited to):

- Unique opportunity to support with execution of new and innovative customer engagement formats, especially the SAP Pop-Up Campus
- SAP Pop-Up Campus roadshow tour planning and project management
- Collaborate with various stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Presales, Partner Management, Marketing, external agencies) to ensure flawless execution of customer events
- Support in creation of compelling presentation for customers or events
- Be involved in the creative content production from conception to the execution
- Support in creation of communication plan and assets for internal and external channels, such as posts, videos, news and ideas of your own
- You will be given a high degree of creative freedom and responsibility to develop personally and grow
- You will learn about creative storytelling, video editing and gain project management skills

**What you bring**
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: business informatics, media informatics, digital media, IT, communication sciences, economics, marketing, or comparable courses of study
- You have experience in graphic design and are familiar with photo and video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, Canva or others
- You are fluent in English and German - spoken and written
- You have strong organization skills and an independent, creative and solution-oriented working style
- You are a team player & enjoy a fast-paced environment
- You are open to new ideas & always question the status quo

The Transformation Advisory Center MEE supports SAP customers on their digital transformation journey. Our vision is to change the perception of SAP and reimagine the ways we engage with our customers. With this we strive to make transformation tangible and executable for our customers.
As a regional team, we support our sales in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Eastern Europe and work with different customers. We are constantly challenging the status quo and looking for solutions and unconventional approaches that inspire our stakeholders.
