**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by managing inquiries related to banking products and services in both German and English.
- Utilize your sales experience to understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Assist customers with account openings, transactions, and general banking inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and surpass company sales targets.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a satisfying experience.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in our systems.
- Stay updated on banking products, services, and regulatory requirements to assist customers efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in German and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, preferably in a banking or sales context.
- Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with banking software and CRM systems is beneficial.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new cultural experience.
