- **Your responsibilities**:

- Key business & sparring partner for all financial, commercial and controlling related issues regarding the steering of the international supply chain (procurement, production & supply chain management)
- Define, establish and execute standardized commercial processes within the international production network, especially in relation to performance management and tracking, planning, and reporting to ensure long-term profitability and effective steering of PERI (plants, supply chain)
- Increase transparency for management enabling them to actively steer the business end to end
- Coordinate planning process within international production network (synchronization of financial, material demand and investment planning) and integration of plants into S&P sessions
- Lead and develop team members towards business partners in the organization
- Establish / Improve: Investment Controlling, Project Controlling, TCO approach for business cases and general controlling standards

- **Your profile**:

- Successfully completed university degree (diploma, master's degree) in the field of business administration, Finance, Controlling, technical Business or a comparable degree
- Several years of professional experience with a focus in controlling / financial steering in a producing company or with the controlling of manufacturing units
- Strong leadership experience
- Strong experience in manufacturing cost calculation, investment controlling and in setting up KPI and steering systems
- Experience in SAP FI/CO and adjacent modules relevant for production (MM / PP)
- Excellent communication skills on all hierarchical levels paired with natural authority and authenticity
- Ability to lead people without hierarchical relation complemented by solid project management skills
- Convincing communication skills in German and English
