**The Opportunity**:

As a Counter Threat and Unmanned Aerial Systems Planner, you’ll bring your analytical and technical background to collaborate with thought leaders in emerging and improvised threats, on projects for the Department of Defense. You’ll use your skills as you research, analyze, and assess, the latest threats to US, Allied and Partner forces operating in Europe and Africa.

You served your country as a Uniformed Service Member or a Government Civilian—now, continue your mission with us.

**You Have**:
- 10+ years of experience working on a USAF, Joint, and Combined or Allied military staff implementing planning, processes, and procedures
- 3+ years of experience with Counter Unmanned Aerial System Operations or Counter Small Unmanned Aerial Systems Operations
- Ability to lead cross-functional headquarters teams developing solutions across the DOTMLPF-P spectrum
- Ability to rapidly prepare executives for Service, Joint, and Allied engagements and consultations
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
**Nice If You Have**:
- Experience with IAMD at the strategic or operational levels
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
